- Q: I have Reifax Professional. I attended your seminar at Total Wines on a Saturday several weeks ago. I have creayted a dedicated gamil acct and installed Google Voice. I have sent out 148 contracts since then and am getting email and vmail, but they are not attaching to the specific properties. They only appear in the email. I have no pending tasks or email sattached to any properties
- Q: Back to emails attaching to properties…I have the contact and property icons appearing on the email pg but when I click on “Follow History” nothing appears.how do I get it to appear in Pending tasks or when I click on the property? There seems to be no connectivity. Can you give me a click by click of what to do to insure that when I receive an email response it attaches to a property?
- Q: Hi Ramon, can a proof of funds letter be uploaded to the system and have the system fill out the fields.
- Q: if you have 2 different mailing campaigns that you want to follow, can you see them separately in the ‘follow up’?
- Q: when u click on probate and a few propertys come up how do u find more info on them
- Q: on the contracts can u print a hard copy?
- Q: also like the probate tab, the life estate tab when u click on it how can u find the info, thanx
- Q: When I click to generate a contract, at the bottom it says “Documents To Be Sent”. Do you have to check the box for “Proof of Funds” if you already have a letter for your Line of Credit in “Additional Documents”?
- Q: Can we add a Fannie Mae Addendum to the system to be filled in automatically along with the contract
